Facilitation

What is facilitation? It may be appropriate to work with the following definitions.

Facilitate – "to make easier or less difficult: help forward".
Facilitator – "someone who assists others to learn by adopting a teaching approach in which the participants are actively engaging in the process of discovery rather than being passive recipients of information".

McKelvey Associates believes that a participative, and non judgemental, environment is the best way to develop and learn as an individual as well as a group or team.
