Coaching Psychotherapy offers an integrated model of Coaching and Psychotherapy. Working within Coaching methodologies and structures, you will identify and move toward stated outcomes or goals, implementing behavioural change to achieve these. When you realise you cannot maintain change long term, or change as you desire it seems impossible to attain, your coach has the expertise to bring psychotherapeutic perspectives and ways of working into session. With your permission, you both explore old familiar patterns of behaviour or thinking which block or stop your growth, or that continue to self-sabotage your desired outcomes or goals.
